兵庫県産の大豆、小麦を100%使用し、天日塩を用いて熟成したのちに、米麹を使い再度仕込んだうすくちしょうゆです。
白身魚、豆腐、アボカド、ローストビーフ等の繊細な素材にかけてお使いください。

This light soy sauce is crafted using 100% locally sourced soybeans and wheat from
Hyogo Prefecture. After initial fermentation with sun-dried salt, it undergoes a second
brewing process using rice koji.
